I've tried running the server and not the service. I've tried force uninstalling and force installing the bluetooth but still nothing. So I figured that at least the device is working. I've been fiddling around with settings and I THINK the drivers are all installed properly however when I pull out the cable my ps3 controller does not connect to the Bluetooth (it does the usual flash all lights many times and then stop). However, I recently found one of my old Bluetooth devices and tried to use it. I've been using my ps3 controller plugged in with no issues whatsoever. I've been using the Scptoolkit (not sure which version) for a few days now.
